The hospitality was commendable; the staff were not just helpful but genuinely friendly, making us feel right at home. With gorgeous views of both the Petronas and Menara KLCC towers from our room, we were reminded that we were right in the heart of the action. This stay was an excellent value for money, blending modern amenities with a homely atmosphere-perfect for both leisure and family travelers!
